Shipping | Productions

Typical production time is 1-2 business weeks from order date. Rush production is available in the shipping option, this will bump your item to be produced in 3 days.

Local Pick-up

You can chose free local pick-up for your shipping option and we will do what we can to meet you as soon as your item is ready. Delivery will be at our discretion and we will do the best to fulfill your request. Most of our items will ship USPS Priority Mail and a majority of our customer will receive their item in 2-3 business days from date of shipment. We ship USPS because we have found them to be the most kind and respectful of our customers art. From time to time we will use other carriers, especially when you choose an over-sized item.

Returns

Most of Colebakkenonline.com items are special order so making a return is not an option. However if you are not satisfied Colebakkenonline.com will make it right! We are dedicated to creating happy customers and believe word of mouth is our biggest provider of new customers! Just let us know what problem or concern you may have and we will work it out!

Changes | Cancellations

Your purchase is special to you and us, many times it is specific to you and your needs. Therefore once your order has been placed there is little time to change or cancel your order. If you need to make a change or cancel let us know, we will do what we can to help you, but if your item is already in production it is a bit late. We will do what we can to help you either way.
